  1. Independence

In the first phase, we start out as a seedling and are dependent on our host parents for our primary needs such as survival, food, shelter and clothing. During this phase, we have no boundaries ourselves as we learn how to walk, how to behave and how relate to others. Our aim is to develop ourselves towards our individual identity, or ego.

  1. Identity

The second stage, we become more exposed to a range of aspects of our own environment and society at large, pre-dominantly through our education, television and brands. During this phase we adopt values and belief systems and make our own choices in alignment with this. We become whole unto ourselves and set boundaries with our relationships, employers and the content we consume.

  1. Infinity

The third stage is all about challenging our own belief systems, unlearning and letting go of the opinions of others based on experience and wisdom. We get to transcend our ego’s and become live up to our higher selves, the person we are meant to be since birth.

What has become clear to me as an old soul, is that our connection with our higher self is within. Nobody else is like god, but we all have the capacity for greater godliness in the way we look after the universe and all living beings in it.

Only if we expand collective human consciousness together, will our souls find eternal peace in heaven.

Learn the lesson of Oneness, live honestly with integrity your soul will heal itself.
